Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops (7 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- chopped fresh parsley, optional
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients; rub over both sides of pork chops.
- In a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. If desired, sprinkle with parsley.
