Golden Pancakes

Classic, buttery pancakes with a beautiful golden-brown crust—simple and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup creamed cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process on the highest speed for 1 minutes. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown.
