Finadene Seafood Drizzle or Dipping Sauce

A tangy, spicy Chamorro-style sauce for drizzling over grilled seafood or serving as a dip. Made with soy sauce, vinegar, and peppers.

Ingredients

  • 10 thai chile peppers or guam boonie peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instruction

  1. Mix Thai chiles, onion, garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce together in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator.
